Northern Tool is a tool and equipment company with 70 locations in 14 states. Offering brands like Briggs & Stratton, Dewalt, WARN, Roughneck, Carhartt and many more Northern Tool provides tools for construction company and savvy DIYers. The Northern Tool Business Credit program is managed by HSBC and offers a net30 account or a revolving credit account.

Northern Tool business credit is not a starter account. Your chances of being approved are greatly increased if you have been in business for 2 years and have tradelines of over $1,000 on your business credit report. Northern Tool will pull your Dun and Bradstreet report, and possibly your Experian Business report, to determine your credit-worthiness. They will report your credit to all 3 major bureaus.

Reported Credit Lines have been between , $1,500 and $10,000.

Google Adwords Business Credit Card

Big spenders on Google Adwords should watch out — for an email from Google!

Google has been emailing certain Adwords customers and offering a credit card that can ONLY be used to advertise through Google Adwords. This Google only Mastercard is provided by World Financial Capital Bank and boasts no annual fee, no setup fee, monthly statements, and an 8.99% APR.

Google has provided very little information on the requirements to obtain this card although speculation suggests this is based on your current Adwords spending. The Google Adwords Business Credit Card is rumored to have no personal guarantee. There is no word yet on whether or not this account will be reported to the business credit bureau’s or which one it will report to.

Users have been reporting credit lines ranging from $40,000 to $100,000 which can greatly help small businesses boost their advertising and accelerate business growth.

Micro Loan Visa Card

The Applied Bank Micro Loan Visa Card has a maximum limit of $750 and is intended to help small business owners grow their business. It does seem very expensive with a $125 activation fee and a $9.95 per month fee. This card is available even to sole proprietors and entrepreneurs with no business being “too small.” That does not guarantee an approval when applying though.  This card may benefit small business owners who don’t need a large loan and may just need a little bit extra cushion each month or need supplies/equipment to operate.

 

The Micro Loan Visa Card will probably not report on your business credit report unless their is negative information to report.
